By downloading, installing, or using the LinkUp Technology mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This App is intended solely for existing customers of LinkUp Technology with an active internet service account. Use of this App by non-customers or for unauthorized purposes is prohibited.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any credentials used to access the App.
3.2 You agree to notify LinkUp Technology immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.3 LinkUp Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
Through the App, LinkUp Technology provides customers with the ability to:
5.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 You are solely responsible for any changes made to your WiFi settings, router restarts, or other actions performed through the App.
5.3 You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or the underlying network infrastructure.
5.4 You must not use the App to access, monitor, or interfere with devices or networks that do not belong to you.
6.1 LinkUp Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
6.2 Features such as router restart or WiFi configuration depend on network connectivity and router hardware, and may not function under all conditions.
6.3 LinkUp Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
7.1 The App may collect and process account information, network data (including connected device IP/MAC addresses), and router diagnostics to provide its services.
7.2 This data is used solely for service delivery, troubleshooting, and account management purposes.

All content, branding, logos, and design elements within the App are the property of LinkUp Technology and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
9.1 LinkUp Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
9.2 LinkUp Technology is not responsible for loss of internet connectivity, data, or damages resulting from actions taken through the App (e.g., router restarts, WiFi password changes).
The App may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Email). LinkUp Technology is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
LinkUp Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
LinkUp Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the App at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
